My Turn!

I finally did it. I finished school! It feels great to be done, and back living with Jake. This was a tough last 9 months being a part but I knew that I needed to get my education. It was so fun to have Jake, my parents, Kenzie, and Jake's parents with me to celebrate! It was such a great day, and It feels so good to have accomplished something that I thought was impossible. Jake has been amazing during the whole process. I could not and I would not have finished school without him. He was so encouraging, and supported me every step of the way!
We had the biggest graduating class BSU has had. Over 2,000 students

After the graduation everyone came back to my place for lunch. Jake made wraps that were delicious!! The fruit dip my mom made was really good too. I will have to post recipes.
My mom made these cute graduation caps out of reese's peanut butter squares and orange twizlers!

Ryan's Graduation

My brother-in-law Ryan graduated from Pharmacy school! Jake and I were able to attend his graduation. It was fun to see him graduate. What a HUGE accomplishment! Jake's parents came up and we helped them pack up and move. We are happy for Ryan, but sad they had to move away. Jake and I have gotten so close with their family and have loved living so close to them!

CHICAGO!

Jake applied for a job out in Chicago. He had a phone interview and then they asked him for a second interview. He had to be there in person so I decided that I needed to tag along, you know to make sure that Jake was okay :)
We had a great time out there and were able to do a lot of fun things.
When we got there we went to the Chicago Institute of Art. (Don't mind the picture, I was sick on the whole flight there.)

A water feature in Millennium Park. The mouth spits our water.

Jake and I enjoy watching the show Man Vs. Food so we went to some of the places that Man visited while he was in Chicago. Here we are at Gino's East.

We stayed in a pretty crappy hotel. All the lights were burned out and we only had a little table lamp. It was a dump. Anyway we brought some of our pizza home with us and after a little while of being on the table it was covered in ants. It was disgusting!

Can you see Jake and I in the bean taking the picture?

One of the main things that I wanted to do in Chicago was to go to the Navy Pier, and ride the ferris wheel.

When Jake went to his interview on Saturday it was close to Chinatown so he walked around and took some pictures. We had a great trip. It was so nice to get out of Idaho and spend some time together. Since we have been living apart while I finish school, we have not had much time to ourselves. We had great time. Jake was so good to plan everything and was so organized on which bus or train we needed to catch. We saw and did so much! Thanks Jake for a great vacation!
